Before taking on a cleanse package

We advise you to slowly prepare your body to welcome the nutrients and vitamins as best it can. We would advise eating as healthily as you can on the couple of days before the cleanse; eating a range of fruits and veggies. We would also advise cutting out caffeine, meat, alcohol, processed and dairy foods (yes we know, we’re horrible for taking away your naughty and satisfying vices!) However, this is all in preparation for you feeling better in the long run, so we promise it is worth it. Remember, preparation is key, as the easier it is for you to transition into the cleanse, the easier it will be for you to maintain and enjoy your experience. Binging and ‘stocking up’ before you start will only make your cleanse harder to maintain. •Please be advised that the information on this website is purely for informational value.
